Try Catchly on a real demo store
Northbound is our demo outdoor clothing store. Ask it what a shopper would ask. The replies come from the real Catchly assistant, reading only Northbound's own products, pages and policies.

Ask the Northbound assistant
Tap a question to start, or open the chat and type your own.
You will be chatting with an AI assistant. Nothing loads until you tap.
What to try
- A product question with a catch, like whether the Coastline Rain Shell is waterproof.
- Two products side by side: compare the rain shell and the down vest.
- Shipping to Canada or the return policy, in English or in French.
- Something the store never says, to see what Catchly does when it is not sure.
How this demo works
- Real AI, demo store
- The same assistant your shoppers would chat with, answering from Northbound's catalog and policies.
- Nothing to buy
- Product cards show the price, colours and sizes. Add to cart and Talk to a person work on your store, not in this demo.
- No email asked
- We keep only the demo chat itself and delete it 7 days after it starts. See the privacy policy.
- Short chats
- Demo chats are kept short. Press Start over at any time to begin a new one.
