Some chat tools go silent at their limit. Others start charging per conversation. Catchly does neither.
All charges go through Shopify and appear on your normal Shopify invoice. We never ask for a separate card. Paid plans start with a 14 day free trial. You can change plans inside Catchly at any time, and cancel by uninstalling the app.
An AI conversation is one shopper chat with at least one AI reply, counted once per 24 hours. Chats answered only by you or your staff are free and unlimited on every plan.
